Why not just hire a full-time content creator?

You would have to hire a podcast strategist, an audio/video engineer, an animator, a copywriter and a graphic designer.

A good senior-level content creator can cost upwards of $100,000 annually, before benefits. Finding one who's available is a whole other challenge.

Also, you might not always have enough content needs to justify a full-time position, so you end up paying for idle hours.

What is a request?

A “request” is any time you need to get content from a recording (a full-length audio and video episode and/or short-form video clips, depending on your package). You can add as many “requests” as you’d like to your backlog queue, and we will work on one “active request” at a time. Once we’re finished with an “active request”, we can then work on the next one.

How fast will I receive my content?

This is stated in your plan above.

Who are the copywriters?

Our copywriters have worked with brands and podcasts such as Audi, Meta, Rogan, Dexcom, UiPath and countless venture backed startups.

How does the pause feature work?

Sometimes priorities shift. In that event you can pause billing until you are ready to start again. We need five days to restart work after you notfiy us to start again.

What style do you do your content in?

We choose the style together, based on what is most consistent with your brand, voice and modern web content.

How do I request content?

You request content in your portal.

What if I don't like the content?

We're so confident that you will because we present a set of style options and define a style guide beforehand. If you don't like it, we can do unlimited revisions.

Is there any content work you don't cover?

Absolutely. Content Wave does not cover: Books, technical product guides (specs), deep domain journals (medical products), complex legal papers, and extensive research articles (thesis, analysis, etc.).

What if I only have a single request?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
